Where it sits in the range

CRX-20iA/L doubles CRX-10iA/L's payload to 20 kg at the same 1,418 mm reach, for 2 kg more mechanical weight (41 kg). FANUC America lists the same 1,000 mm/s TCP speed for its collaborative and high-speed modes, unlike the 2,000 mm/s high-speed figure on the 5 kg and 10 kg models.

What the cited documents do not give

FANUC's cited pages do not publish per-axis maximum speeds or a force-sensing specification for CRX-20iA/L, so RoboMag leaves them unknown. FANUC Europe gives average rather than maximum power consumption, which is not comparable with the maximum figures Universal Robots publishes.

RoboMag has not physically tested CRX-20iA/L. Cycle time, reliability and the safe speed of a finished cell depend on the tool, the task and the risk assessment.

No permanent comparison has been published for CRX-20iA/L yet. RoboMag publishes one only when both machines have enough sourced, like-for-like data. Use the comparison tool to place sourced profiles side by side.
